Vector Files
You May..........
Personal Use:
You may make anything
you'd like from my vector files for your
personal use. However, you can
not use the vectors to copy my designs.
They must look different then what I have
created.
You can make
signature tags that are personalized to
share with others, web sets, auction
templates, incredimail, stationary, etc. If
you are using the graphics as a webset,
incredimail, or to design your site a link
back to my site is required. As long
as you are not selling the graphics or
distributing the tubes you may create with
them as you like. In other words you
must create something from the original
vector to share
with others. All graphics are hand
drawn by me.
Commercial
Use:
You may use my
vectors to create graphics for your
commercial site as long as my banner and a
link back to my site is visible and as long
as proper credit is given to my vectors.
In order to use my graphics to create
products you sell you must purchase a
commercial license for each vector files.
The fee is $10.00 per Vector.

purchase a Vector License please email me
You May Not......
You may not resell, distribute through
email, email groups or on message boards my
tubes, vectors or graphics in their original form.
You may NOT add my tubes, graphic or vector to any CD
collection unless it is for personal use
only. You may not give or sell my
tubes, graphics or vectors to any other person or give out your
password or user information to anyone.
In other words you must make something from
the original tube and proper credit and
copyright information must be clearly
legible.
At any time
CAWronko and Dudleys Bear Den graphics have the
right to change the terms. Please be aware that all
graphics on this site are copyright CAWronko
and Dudleys Bear Den graphics and are not public
domain. Any member found to be abusing
these terms will have membership revoked
and no refund will be given. Because
of the nature of the business refunds will
not be given after your password has been
sent to you. If you have any
questions regarding the site, please notify
me BEFORE you join.
Copyright does not protect ideas, concepts,
systems or methods of doing something, titles, names,
short phrases, and slogans; familiar symbols or designs; mere variations of
typographic ornamentation, lettering, or coloring; mere listings of ingredients
or contents
Please be aware
that all graphics are watermarked as well as
digitally marked.
