Here are some of the questions asked of me via email from members.  Password Information:  Passwords will be sent within 72 hours after notification from paypal that your payment has cleared.  If you have paid by e-check, your password information will not be send until the paypment has cleared.  E-check payments may take as much as a week to clear.  In most cases, passwords are sent with 24 hours.  Please keep in mind that I am in the Eastern Standard Time zone and usually don't answer emails after 9 pm my time.   If you have not received your password within 72 hours please check your junk or spam mail folders.   I am not responsible for email filters that put my emails in your junk or spam folders. 1.  Can I animate your tubes?  Yes!  You can animate, sparkle, glitter etc my tubes.  The only thing I asked is that you do not do "adult" type animations to them, ie:  any type of animation that you would not want a child to see. 2.  How often do you update the site?  I update the site when I can.  I'd like to give you a more solid answer, but with my work schedule and family I update when I have to sit down and do so.  However, it usually is updated at least once a month. 3.  When do the monthly "exclusives" get uploaded?  I try to get them uploaded on the first day of each month.  4.  Can I put your tubes on CD?  Yes and NO!  You can put the tubes on CD for personal use.  You can not put them on CD and then share them with others, offer it for sale or auction. 5.  How do I get my signature tag in your gallery?  Email the tag you would like uploaded to me with your name and online user name and I will upload it the next time I update the Gallery section. 6.  I see my graphic on your  site, I didn't give permission for it to be there?  Any derivatives of my original works are copyright to me.  As the owner and copyright holder of the original tube I do not need permission to "snag" or upload tags or creations with my images.  Please feel flattered that I thought enough of your tag to snag it and  to upload it into the gallery or Fotki albums. 7.  Can I animate the Pre-made Signature Tags?  NO!  Those tags were made by others and just as you would not like your work altered neither would they. 8.  Can I add text and animation to the Blank Tags?  Absolutely!!  They are there for you do to with as you please as long as you do not remove the copyright information from the tag, and as long as you add some sort of text.  The can NOT be distributed, posted on message boards, send via email or email groups in their present form. 9.  What do I do if I see a copyright violation?  Please email me with the link to where the copyright violation is.  I will check out the situation and will never share where I received the information from. 10.  Can I convert your tubes for Digital Embroidery?  Absolutely NOT!  I do not allow the conversion of my graphics for digital embroidery purposes unless you purchase a license for the individual graphic and email prior to purchase.  There are very specific guidelines that MUST be followed! 11.  Who are the graphics copyright to?  All graphics are copyright to me.  Any image made with any tube from this site may be used for promotional or advertising purposes with or without the consent of the individual who created it.  You are purchasing the right to use the tubes not to stake claim to the copyright.  12.  Do I have to allow you into my MSN, YAHOO, AOL or website?  I usually only join groups that I am invited into, but from time to time I like to look around other groups.  So yes, you would need to except my membership if I joined.   13.  What can I use your tubes for?  You can use any tube you download to make unlimited graphics for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.  Personal use  includes signature tags, email tags, incredimail, stationary and websets.  My copyright must be CLEARLY visible on all tags.  All other creations require a link back to my site on the website, stationary or incredimail.  My banner or a link back to my site must be put on any personal website where my graphics are used to design said site.   I 14.  Can I mass produce your images if I purchase a Commercial License?  Absolutely Not!  You can not take one of my graphics and use it to make 10,000 shirts.  The tubes are designed for internet (digital) use only unless other permission is given.  You can however purchase individual graphics and their copyright.  Please email me if you are interested in doing so. 15.  Can I put my (c) symbol on tags I create with my name?  No, but you can put made by or tagged by. 16.  I downloaded the tubes and I am getting a message that it is not a supported psp file, What do I do?  If you are receiving that message you are probably using a version of PSP earlier than version 8.  All of my tubes are created in PSP 8 and will not work in earlier version UNLESS you convert the tubes.  To do this download a trial version of PSP 8 and then email for a link to the tutorial that tells you how to convert them.
